Position: Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Litigator As a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Litigator you will play a pivotal role in championing the rights of tenants and ensuring they receive fair compensation for Housing Disrepair issues. ? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from letter of claim to completion.
- Conduct thorough investigations, assessments, and legal research.
- Negotiate settlements and liaise with opposing parties.
- Provide exceptional client care and communication throughout the legal process.
? Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Litigator.
- Strong understanding of Housing Disrepair law and relevant legislation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing caseloads and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
