My client works in several areas of law including Housing Litigation and has clients across the UK and they want to continue to deliver a top quality service to their clients. They are looking for candidates who ideally have 6 months + experience in HDR and will be able to handle housing claims under section 9 & 11 of the Landlord & Tenant Act.
Although the firm has an office in central Manchester, hybrid working is available in addition to a generous bonus scheme
Main Duties
- Run a caseload of housing conditions claims on behalf of tenants
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Consider external relationships with Experts, Counsel and introducers.
- Hold regular review meetings
- Comply with the performance management program
- Liaise with and build positive and professional relationships across the business
- Agree Quality Audit requirements, measures and procedures within legal constraints and in line with Solicitors Regulations Authority
- Attend management team meetings and contribute to business wide decisions. Where appropriate feedback information from these meetings to your team members
- Carry out other duties, as and when required, to assist in the smooth running of the business
