Housing Disrepair Earner LiverpoolGBP25,000 + with significant bonus potentialThe Company:Our client is a UK leading law firm specialising at settling claims in a timely an effective mannerThey are looking for some to join the Housing Disrepair department as a Fee Earner. The Fee Earner role will require someone with experience in a Claimant Law Firm dealing with litigated files. Housing dis-repair experience is desirable but not necessary.What we are looking for within the role: The ability to effectively deal with a large caseload in a forensic and analytical style. The ability to successfully study and research cases while also following through on the cases all the way to conclusion. Previous litigation is essential while running a Housing Disrepair caseload would be advantageous. Past experience at successfully hitting targets. Past claimant experience in a law firm would be beneficial.The Package: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break 35 hours per week Working for a successful, world renowned company GBP25,000+ with the ability to earn significant bonus if settlement targets are hit.
