Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)
A distinguished law firm in Liverpool City Centre is seeking a skilled Housing Disrepair HDR Litigation Executive to join their dynamic team. As a Housing Disrepair HDR Litigation Executive, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, ensuring the provision of exceptional legal services to our clients. You will collaborate closely with the team of legal professionals, utilising your expertise to deliver favourable outcomes for the firm’s clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert advice to clients.
Liaise with clients, opponents, and other relevant parties to negotiate settlements.
Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively in litigation proceedings.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Housing Disrepair HDR Litigation Executive or similar role.
Solid understanding of Housing Disrepair law and litigation procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and objectives.
