Form of workJob description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority in the North West as a Housing Disrepair Locum on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The client is looking for someone to start on a remote, full-time basis for up to 12 months.
Main Responsibilities:
- Caseload involves conduct of Disrepair claims primarily, in both the pre-action and litigated stages
- Provide general advice to Council departments and other providers of social housing on housing law issues
