Housing Lettings Administrators

A leading housing organisation is looking for a Lettings Administrator for 5 months working 3 days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday Mandatory office days and one other day) 2 days from home from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The role will include management of Voids and lettings and other admin tasks, tenancy agreement, putting together subject access request information and management of Lettings platform. Main aspect is admin for Voids.

Ideally looking for someone with housing admin experience but open to other types of admin or housing experience.

Pay rate is 14.18 per hour
