Salary Our client is a Housing Association in Ayrshire, they are seeking a temporary Maintenance/Asset Assistant to help liaise with Tenants and provide day-to-day co-ordination of planned maintenance activities.
You will speak with Tenants on a daily basis, taking details from them, and then liaise with Maintenance Staff and Contractors to help resolve maintenance problem, issues work orders, and meet expectations of the Tenants.
You will also involve yourself with tasks such as completing Compliance obligations, updating databases, job records, and work closely with colleagues in different departments.
The suited candidate who has experience working in a Housing Maintenance team, has good customer services skills and a have a working knowledge of computer packages, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ideally you will have experience organising workloads, managing compliance and be able to respond quickly to changing priorities and often under pressure remain focused and able to meet deadlines.
