The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working with Service Users with multiple complex needs
- Assessing prospective tenants needs
- Managing a caseload of up to 6 people
- Conducting welfare checks
- Assisting service users to sustain tenancies
- Crisis Management
- Chasing rent
The successful candidate will have:
- Enhanced DBS
- 3 Years’ worth of References
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments and maintaining professional boundaries
- Full UK Drivers Licence
