The Role

The Team acts for a large number of registered providers of social housing and local authorities dealing with all aspects of Housing Management functions including possession actions, anti-social behaviour and policy and procedure work.

The Candidate

• You will be an experienced Social Housing Management Solicitor
• Able to run your own case load with minimal supervision
• Ideally you will have experience of injunctions and possession applications, advisory work, discrimination claims and all aspects of drafting including pleadings
