Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

A leading social justice charity is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Housing Management Worker to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work from home while covering the Scunthorpe/Bridlington area, supporting a diverse range of service users in need.
Main Duties:
As outlined in the attached role profile, the Housing Management Worker will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of housing support services. This position involves covering up to 25 properties, offering assistance to single homeless individuals, families, prison leavers, those with mental health and substance use issues, refugees, and individuals fleeing domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of up to 25 properties, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse service users.
Client Support: Provide essential support to service users, including single homeless individuals, families, and those with complex needs such as mental health and substance use issues.
Lone Working: Engage in lone working situations while maintaining focus on the safety and well-being of service users.
Remote Work: Effectively work from home, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Driving Requirement: Utilize your own vehicle, with valid business insurance, to cover the Scunthorpe/Bridlington area, including mileage claims from the Doncaster office.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in Housing Management or a related field is advantageous.
Driving: A valid driver's license, access to own vehicle, and valid business insurance.
DBS: Enhanced DBS clearance for both adult and child services.
Flexibility: Ability to work independently and remotely.
Compassion: Demonstrated empathy towards the diverse needs of service users.
