Our client is a non-profit making social housing provider with approx. 7,000 properties across North Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire. We are currently assisting them in recruiting for an experienced Housing Manager for a six month interim position.
The details of the role are below, please note this is a full time role, five days a week, and will require the successful candidate to be based from the office 3 to 4 days a week.
- You will be responsible for providing a customer focused service over a geographical area
- Responsible for responding to a range of enquiries relating to Tenancy management and housing advice
- Overseeing provision of tenancy support as well as tenancy compliance and enforcement
- Overseeing the development of a tenant engagement strategy
- Acting as a line Manager for a team of housing management staff
- Handling and providing advice on a wide range of housing queries
- Helping to produce housing strategy and policy documents
- Providing support to the Neighbourhood Manager with Project Work
