Housing Office responsibilities:
Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy managementEnforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethosManaging low levels of ASBDealing with Neighbourhood IssuesDealing with Tenancy queries and complaints
Housing Officer requirements:
Previous experience as Housing Officer, ASB officer, Income OfficerBe able to hit the ground running Available within 1 week
