Salary- Neighbourhood Housing Officer - Tenancy Management

- Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week
- Temporary Role - 3 months with likely extension
- £20.52 per hour PAYE / £27.51 per hour Umbrella
- Hybrid Working Arrangement
- IT equipment provided
- up to 28 days Paid Annual Leave per holiday year (increasing to up to 36 days per year after 12 weeks) - PAYE ROUTE ONLY
This role is Hybrid working. Mondays and Thursdays are office days. A third day in the week may be required for tenant visits. Remainder is home working.
Please note that due to the nature of the role, only candidates with previous experience in Tenancy Management will be considered
