This will be on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months with the opportunity to apply for the permanent vacancies.
The role will be covering specific day to day management tasks such as Void, Arrears Management, compliant responses, MP enquires and complex staffing issues.
There will be no direct reports or team to manage.
Experinece required:
Management experience ideally gained within a customer focused environment.
Able to deliver feedback and empower colleagues using a range of methods.
Supported Housing Experience
Ability to write reports and analyse information.
The role will be 100% remote working from home 37.5 hours per week, annual salary £45kpa.
