I am currently working with a local authority who are looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team on an initial 3 month contract but with following extensions to be put in place.
They are in need of someone who is experienced with the following.
* Conducting s.184 decisions of a mixed client base
* PHPs and s.21 notice letters
* Further extensions to be put in place
* Fully remote working (excluding collection and return of equipment)
* Up to date knowledge of the HRA and legislations
