Housing Regulatory And Quality Manager

We have an exciting and challenging role to join the West Lancashire's Housing team, working on preparing the organisation for Regulatory Inspection and ensuring we comply with the Consumer Standards. You will join the Housing Regulatory and Quality Team supporting the Head of Housing to ensure we are compliant against the Consumer Standards.
You will also lead the delivery several projects that are aimed at ensuring we remain compliant and continually improve our services. The specific projects include, reviewing our data management and approach, the implementation of our Integrated Housing Management System, and the delivery of a plan to develop our services within our Property Team.
You will ensure that the requirements of all relevant legislation, regulation and required guidance is adhered to and that best practice is implemented for consumer and regulatory standards.
