Housing Senior Systems Analyst

Job responsibilities
Be the lead within the Housing Systems Team for:
System administration of security and access rights for the systemControlling parameter setting and field definition within the systemThe running of the annual Rents and Service Charges (Actuals and Estimates) processesMaintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data within the ICT systems used within the Housing ServiceTo monitor and maintain the data held in ICT systems used within the Housing Service and assist in ensuring the data quality and integrity of both production and nonproduction environments.
Provide a high standard of support services across the ICT systems used within the Housing Service, ensuring that service standards and performance are in line with service requirements and any relevant policies and processes.
Take a proactive approach to improving the support services across the ICT systems used within the Housing Service, making recommendations for improvements, and assist with the implementation of such improvements.
Monitor ICT systems used within the Housing Service, to include interfaces with ICT systems used within the Housing Service, through regular scrutiny of reports from the applications software, systems software or service delivery staff. Fixing application and system problems or any incident that leads to the disruption or unavailability of ICT systems used within the Housing Service.
Liaise with suppliers of ICT systems used within the Housing Service, and manage service delivery from these suppliers. Maintain a productive working relationship with corporate ICT functions.
