We are seeking to appoint a Housing Services Manager (HSM). This is a key role within our organisation as you will work closely with the Director, Technical Services Manager, staff team, Management Committee and customers delivering excellent customer service. You will lead on delivery of a highly efficient and professional service to our tenants. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in all aspects of delivering Housing Management services including allocations & void management, rent management, tenant and estate management, antisocial behaviour management, tenancy sustainment, housing advice and options, money and debt advice and tenant participation, involvement, and consultation.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and strong leadership negotiation skills and empathy. You should we willing to challenge yourself and team to deliver better services for our community and tenants.
