You will be expected to:
• Deliver a front-line patch based generic housing management service;
• Undertake targeted home check to ensure our tenancies are being sustained;
• Undertake estate inspections;
• Case manage service requests from our tenants and residents; and
• Prioritise and deal with safeguarding concerns by working with our key agencies and partners.

You will be expected to demonstrate:

• Experience of having worked in social housing and with diverse communities.
• An understanding of legislation relating to housing management and an awareness of how to apply it.
• Experience of dealing with safeguarding cases and being a lead professional who can work with agencies to develop safety plans for victims.
• Experience of being able to work in an agile environment and using this approach to manage the demands and pressures of front line Housing Services.
• A behaviour, commitment and demonstrable experience towards our values to support our tenants, residents and the communities that we serve.
