Housing Support Officer

You will have relevant experience of working with people with complex needs, be an effective communicator and have a passion and resilience for working with challenging behaviours.  What's essential is that you love what you do!  

Are you:

• Invested in the care of those with mental health.
• Committed to working towards individual, team and service targets.
• Experienced in working within a community setting.
• A holder of a full UK driving license with access to a car for work purposes
