Job Title: Housing Support Worker

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or similar hours)
Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license
Role Summary: As a Housing Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of individual tenants. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be responsible for conducting daily welfare checks, providing structured support sessions, and collaborating with partner agencies. A key aspect of the role involves investigating and recording case details while closely working with local authorities to address any violations of tenancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily welfare checks on individual tenants and properties.
- Provide structured support sessions, addressing needs such as medical appointments, financial issues, and emotional support.
- Undertake investigations, record case details, and collaborate with partner agencies.
- Assess and manage cases of Anti-Social Behavior (ASB), implementing appropriate case management plans.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of equipment in each property.
- Promote a positive company image in all interactions with tenants, colleagues, and other agencies.
- Develop and strengthen local partnerships, fostering positive relationships with key contacts.
- Contribute to continuous service improvements through participation in various initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid driver's license is a must.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
