Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for a Support Workers on behalf of our client, who help people to live independently by providing high quality, specialist support and housing services. The successful candidate will be working with customers with drug and alcohol issues and mental health concerns, to help managing their tenancy.

Working Week
- Saturday to Wednesday
- Either 7.45am-3.15pm / 2.45pm-10.15pm
Job Role
- Establish professional relationships with all clients, promoting independence through developing daily living skills and social engagement, ensuring that clients maintain personal choice, privacy, and dignity.
- Contribute to the economic viability of schemes and services by assisting with budget setting, managing voids to achieve optimum occupancy levels, minimising rent arrears and maximising income from managing agents.
- Provide an intensive housing management service to enable clients to maintain their tenancy, stay safe and understand their rights and obligations under their tenancy.
- Assist clients in understanding and planning their support package.
Education Qualification and Skills
- Understanding of homeless hostels and how to offer tenancy related support.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care required.
- QCF Assessor preferred.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle preferred.
- Good understanding of both written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate.
