Location: Peterborough
Monday - Friday, 8am - 10pm(required to work rota system 35hpw)
3month contract
Service Care Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for a Housing Support Worker to work for a well established client based in Peterborough.
Main Duties and Location:
The role involves flexible working in the community with the option to work from home between property visits. You will manage a caseload of 10-12 residents within your allocated patch in Peterborough. The position includes lone working, occasional travel for training and team meetings, and flexibility to cover other local patches.
Role Requirements:

• Co-develop and deliver person-centred support and safety plans in collaboration with clients.
• Align plans with support plans from other involved agencies, such as probation resettlement plans.
• Capture and evidence service user progress.
• Record regular contacts on the case file for comprehensive documentation.
• Undertake safeguarding activities, including monitoring and reporting safeguarding concerns.
• Liaise and collaborate with external agencies such as police, probation, local authorities, and social services.

Housing Support Worker requirements.

• Enhanced DBS
• Tendency sustainment
• Knowledge of welfare benefits
• Valid Driving License with valid business insurance

The Package
This is a temporary, Housing Support Worker role, 35 hours per week for an initial 3 months, covering the recruitment process for a permanent team member, meaning the role could be extended, or become permanent.
