Are you hard-working, motivated, a people person with an eye for detail then we have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of the Strategy and Performance team within Housing Services. You will support the training for our ICT systems Open Housing and document management system including:
- deliver system training for new starters
- ongoing system training and support for current staff
- ensuring training materials are current and have incorporated our internal procedures
- future enhancements are rolled out with full training support
- you will also be responsible for day to day training in-line with our training plan
- assisting the Business Support Officer and the Housing ICT team in developing testing programmes
- produce our housing staff newsletter
- manage our social media pages
- develop learning plans for all teams.
You should ideally have experience in a training and development role, being able to produce training materials in a variety of ways to suit our users and in line with current procedures and support the role out of training to our users both face to face and on-line.
You should be able to work under your own initiative and to plan, monitor and prioritise workloads.
You must be an excellent communicator at all levels and have a good knowledge of ICT systems.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
