HP3S Solutions Consultant - Italy

The Solutions Consultant role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic Professional Service environment, focusing on Pre-Sales support for Apogee’s International Software division – HP3S and their portfolio of solutions. This role involves working closely with sales teams, channel partners, and clients, requiring a solid understanding of the managed print services market and the typical software and solutions used within MPS, predominantly focused on print management.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and building relationships with HP channel partners, sales community, and clientsAttending meetings via video conference, telephone, or onsite as requiredAdvising on and promoting HP3S’s portfolio of solutionsCreating and managing quotes/order processesMaintaining and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities for sales forecastingCollaborating with professional services to ensure efficient handover of projects from presales to post-sales for implementation and supportManaging the overall client relationship during the transition from pre to post-salesWorking with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of digital service solutionsCreating and updating high-quality technical solution documentationResponding to tendersManaging client satisfaction throughout engagement and post-engagement cyclesStaying up to date with products, services, and technologies within HP3S’ current portfolio and any new technologies as the portfolio expands
