Main Responsibilities as a HR Accreditation Administrator
- Process applications, issuing passes, maintaining records, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with policies. Collaboration with the Accreditation Officer is integral to these tasks.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proficiency in various IT applications, including Microsoft Office and bespoke software, with training provided as needed.
- Demonstrated strong administrative skills is a must.
- Punctuality and organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for influencing others.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain composure and focus under pressure.
- Security or previous accreditation experience is a bonus but not a must!
