We are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Admin Assistant to work on site at one of our centrally based departments starting ASAP for approx 12 weekd working approx 18.25 hrs p/w and paying between £13.56 - £15.60 p/h depending on experience
Duties:
- Use People XD to prepare contracts and contractual change letters, as required by members of the HR Team
- Update salary allocations on People XD
- Complete recruitment tasks where required, these may include uploading of job details for advertisement and downloading application packs
- Support with record keeping and organising files.Subject to time available, this may include digitising manual personnel files and organising/deleted electronic folders (eg of old recruitments and leavers); updating spreadsheets and cross-checking staff lists. Other HR admin tasks as needed.
Essential Criteria
Must have experience using PeopleXD within the University
