HR Administrator (6-month FTC)
Solihull (Birmingham Business Park - Hybrid)
£24,000 - £25,000 p/a
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing, multi-national IT software company. They are looking for a HR Administrator to come in initially on a 6-month fixed term basis.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• To provide administrative support to the Talent Management team, working alongside a team of 5.
• To assist new starters with their starter process, obtaining documents, ensuring RTW checks have been done and liaising with team members to set up the relevant induction meetings.
• Communicate with our external HR function to create and update contracts.
• Assist team members with any HR system queries.
• Assist with the admin required during the leaver process, ensuring payroll have been notified and all internal steps have been followed.

The person required will have:

• Minimum of a year's experience in a professional office environment (preferably HR but not essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exemplary attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• A bubbly, proactive personality who is available for an immediate start
