Job description

As a HR Administrator you will support the business in various HR functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining HR records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities within the business services environment.

Description

As a HR Administrator you will:

  1. HR Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  2. Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
    • Support the on boarding process for new hires.
  3. Benefits Administration:

    • Assist with benefits enrolment and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective administration of employee benefits.
  4. Employee Relations:

    • Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and communication of HR policies.
    • Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and events.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and data analysis as needed.

Profile

The successful HR Administrator will have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work well under pressure within a fast paced environment
  • IT Efficiency
