Four Squared Recruitment are partnering with a leading organisation with the recruit of a HR Administrator to join their head office based in Droitwich.

Duties and responsibilities -

• Supporting HR with all aspects of Admin
• Coordinate recruitment process
• Vetting candidates
• Completing induction process
• Maintaining HR records
• Working on a variety of projects with the HR Manager

Skills and capabilities -a

• Experience in a HR Admin based role
• CIPD level 3 would be advantageous
• Excellent computer literacy
• Strong letter and email writing skills
• Professional telephone manner
