Working as an integral part of the Human Resources Department, your main focus will be to provide all necessary administrative support to HR management and the various departments within the Group. Duties will include:

• Assist with all Human Resources administration, management and maintenance of up to date and accurate employee records
• Support end to end recruitment campaigns including compiling job descriptions, job advertisements, preparing short listing and assisting interviews.
• Maintenance of the HR Management system including all new starts, leavers, monitoring details and updating of records
• Deal with HR queries from employees
• Proactively manage absence, both short and long term, in line with Company policy.

What experience do you need?

• 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
• At least 1 years’ HR Admin experience in an office environment OR undergraduate placement experience.
• Keen interest in pursuing a career within Human Resources
