HR Administrator (8 month fixed term contract)

The role
Hays, the global leading recruitment company currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to support our HR shared services team based in our Leicester office.
The role is critical to the on-going success of the business; therefore, this role requires a committed and focused individual and you will thrive on working in a fast paced and demanding environment where direction of work can change at short notice. Working in a team, your main responsibilities will be to ensure all our HR administration queries are answered within time sensitive SLA's, contract amendments and changes and the management of people related data and workflows, looking at data integrity and workflow checks.
This role will suit an individual with excellent administrative skills, confident with the use of office 365 tools including Outlook and excel, whilst able to work within confidential and accuracy sensitive environments. This is a busy and demanding role therefore it is essential that you have the ability to prioritise a changing workload. IT knowledge of both word and Excel are essential for the role.
