Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a highly motivated and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain valuable experience in HR administration within the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the HR administration functions, including employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, and processing payroll.
- Support the HR team in recruitment activities, such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave management.
- Update HR databases and generate reports on employee data as required.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide effective customer service.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using HR software systems and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practises.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this position ranges from £13.30 to £19.15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
