Your analytical skills will be put to use as you monitor key recruitment metrics, negotiate employment terms, and contribute significantly to work reviews and organisational change. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards accreditation, with a robust understanding of Employment Law and its practical application. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the ability to research, analyse, and reason within challenging timeframes.
