Anderson Knight Recruitment are supporting an organisation based in Glasgow, to recruit a HR Adviser for a full time permanent position. In this position, you will work as part of the wider HR team offering guidance on a range of human resources matters to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
- Provide support in employee relations matters assisting with disciplinaries, grievances & investigations
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organise training and development programs for employees.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar HR role
- HR qualification (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
