Anderson Knight Recruitment are working exclusively with a dynamic and growing organisation who are seeking to recruit a HR Adviser. They are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Adviser who can hit the ground running, to join their team and play a crucial role in supporting their employees across the business and contribute to various HR projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR advisory services to employees and management, covering areas such as performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organisational development.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand and address HR-related needs within their teams.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organisational goals.
- Actively participate in HR projects, taking a lead role in planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Stay current on HR trends, employment legislation, and best practices to provide informed guidance.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Human Resources (preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR generalist with exposure to various HR functions.
- Strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
