HR Adviser 

Salary: £34,500 per annum 

Location: Trowbridge and surrounding areas 

Flexible working opportunities 

Permanent: Full time (37hrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert HR advice and support to both employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices. 

As a generalist HR Adviser, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, change programs, and policy development. 

In addition, you will work with others across the business on people related projects, regularly review metrics and implement ideas to improve them. 

To make a real impact, you’ll need to have; 

·                Previous experience as a HR adviser or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. 

·                Experience of influencing others 

·                An organised approach with strong attention to detail 

·                Experience of using people metrics 

·                Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation. 

·                A focus on continuous improvement 

·                CIPD qualification or studying
