- HR Advisor with 3 years minumum experience of complex Er Cases

This is a hybrid role- salary to £31400K.
Key duties for this role include, but are not limited to-
- Management of end-to-end ER casework
- Supporting line managers throughout relevant processes
- Performance Management, AWOL, disciplinaries and grievances oversight
- Support as required with restructuring, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE
- Accurate HR record keeping
- is CIPD Qualified or working towards
- has three years complex ER case management experience
- can work autonomously
- is an excellent communicator
- can multi-task with a great eye for detail
