SalaryAcorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an HR Advisor on behalf of our client in South West Wales.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to CIPD Level 7, and have a broad range of general HR experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment. This is a hands on, field-based position, based predominantly on site with occasional hybrid options.
Duties & responsibilities will include:
- Providing a broad range of HR support to the business & employees
- Lead recruitment campaigns at various levels.
- Employee appraisals, investigations, grievances, disciplinaries etc.
- Liaise with union representatives, advise & support the operations teams.
- Assist & lead ongoing HR projects & initiatives.
- Building strong working relationships with the entire client group.
- Manage HR Caseload as required
