Our client is looking for HR Advisor located in Luton, they are a leading pharmaceutical
wholesaler.
You will be working very closely with team of 5 in the HR department and site manages 50 employees.
Your duties include:
Advisory, Advisory level, Absent management experience, Onboarding experience, Able to adapt to changes as the company is growing and bringing in new systems and developing the business, some good changes coming in, day to day enquiries and administration tasks.
You will need to have few years of experience within a similar role, Manufacturing background is an advantage. Strong communication skills both written and spoken, IT skills and people skills.
Your package 30- 35k based on experience, training & progression, Working hours Mon to Fri - 9am - 6pm. Parking is limited. There is a KPI bonus scheme paid twice per annum 500 each time. Death in service from day 1 x4 salary. Pension scheme 4.5% matched. 28 days inc bank.
