Hr Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join a dynamic team at a transport and logistics business. This role offers the chance to be part of a thriving company that values its employees, encourages development, and rewards hard work.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the production and delivery of people metrics and data reporting, contributing to continuous improvement projects across the HR function.

This full-time, permanent position comes with a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, fully on-site.

A driver's license is mandatory due to location restrictions.

What you bring:

• Knowledge of iTrent and/OR SAP Success Factors System is highly desirable.
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel focusing on complex formulae, data analysis and VBA.
• Experience with other HR systems including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Learning & Development is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain high level of accuracy while working towards deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in managing relationships at all levels.

What you'll do:

• Work collaboratively with HR and IT teams to identify system improvements for better data reporting.
• Interpret and analyse data trends in partnership with HR Business Partners, offering expert opinion and guidance.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule while accommodating deadlines.
• Produce and interpret large volumes of data, identifying trends and variances that drive efficiency into the HR service offering.
• Understand internal processes while striving for continuous improvement.
• Process organisational structure changes in the selected HR system.
• Assist in preparing documentation and reports suitable for various audiences.
