Adecco Public Sector are proud to be working in partnership with an innovative and proactive education provider to recruit a HR Analyst (Job Evaluation) on a permanent basis.

Full time opportunity, 37 hours per week

Based in Cambridgeshire, hybrid working available (1 day per week in the office)

Salary: up to 38,000k

This is a pivotal role to carry out Job Evaluations for all new roles put forward for grading and existing roles submitted for regrading. You will carry out analysis of roles and conduct Job Evaluations in line with the HERA evaluation scheme.

As the HR Analyst you will be instrumental in resolving issues related to discrepancies in the grading of roles and advise departments on job design and organisation restructures. You will deal with appeals and provide support to grading panels in the interpretation of grading outcomes.

You will be responsible for supporting key stakeholders including the HR team, managers, and unions in providing expert advice and support on Job Evaluation processes, grading and scoring, and role profiles.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of conducting Job Evaluations and grading in a large complex organisation.
  • Previous experience of working in HR or Reward.
  • Knowledge of Job Evaluations schemes and possess experience with the HERA evaluation scheme.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders across varying levels.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
