Key Responsibilities of a HR and Engagement Manager:
- Delivering HR services to a fully homeworking Contact Centre
- Completing any HR related tasks including payroll and employee relations
- Answering any HR or engagement queries
- Maintaining HR systems
Key Skills of a HR and Engagement Manager:
- Experience of delivering HR services to a home working operation
- Experience as a HR and/or Engagement manager
