Hr And Recruitment Admin Pt Temp

Our client, a not-for-profit organisation conducting independent research based in Cambridge, is looking for a HR and Recruitment Assistant to join their team on a part time basis, initially for 6 weeks. They are looking for someone Monday-Thursday and would be happy to consider someone looking for school hours etc. The hours can be flexible but based roughly around 9/10am start with a 2/3pm finish. This is a temporary contract, initially for 6 weeks but with the potential to be extended.

Responsibilities will include:

• Inbox management
• Maintenance of employee records
• Issuing contracts and letters
• Sickness and holiday absence
• Data entry
• Recruitment and on-boarding
• Performing Right to Work checks
• Arranging and Scheduling interviews
• Learning and Development admin

Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in an HR admin role
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative approach
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good working knowledge of HR practices and experience with HR systems.
