TheHR Apprenticeat AllPoints Fibrewill have the fantastic opportunity to join our People & Culture team, working in a passionate, fun and progressive environment, where we are doing things differently and put our people, customers and communities at the heart of our decision making.
What you will be doing:
The apprenticeship will see you rotate around different specialist areas, giving you experience in all areas of HR. Possible rotations include Employee Experience, Talent & Development and People Operations. This will give you an opportunity to put into action what you will be learning through your level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice. It’s a great way to get into HR at an entry level role and will allow you to progress into a coordinator role in one of our three specialist areas on successful completion of your apprenticeship.
You will be assigned a mentor from your function to provide guidance and support as you progress on your apprenticeship. In addition to helping learn your new role they will be on hand to support you with your coursework.
You'll begin a comprehensive development programme designed to kick start your successful career in HR. With practical, on-the-job experience and theory, you'll get an overview of:
- Best professional practice
- Resourcing and talent planning
- Performance management
- Employment law
- Employee Engagement
- HRIS & Data Analytics
- Talent Development
About you:
We're looking for a curious and driven individual who is looking to start a career in HR. You will be passionate about understanding the needs of the business, collaborating across teams, a good communicator who is proactive and enthusiastic!
GCSE passes in English, maths, and science are essential.
