The Role: As an HR Apprentice at The Kirkwood, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of HR operations. From recruitment to employee engagement, you’ll gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of what makes a workplace thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in daily HR tasks and contribute to long-term projects.
- Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating recruitment and planning communications.
- Maintain employee records with the utmost care for privacy and accuracy.
- Offer administrative support to HR-related plans and strategies.
