This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to share their expertise and make a positive impact on the next generation of HR professionals.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to apprentices enrolled in our HR apprenticeship program
- Develop and design learning materials and resources in line with the apprenticeship curriculum
- Monitor and assess the progress of apprentices, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential
- Mentor and guide apprentices in their personal and professional development, including providing career advice and guidance
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in HR practices to ensure the training is relevant and current
- Collaborate with other tutors and college staff to plan and deliver cross-disciplinary projects and activities
- Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress and attendance, and report on any concerns or issues to the appropriate authorities
- Build relationships with employers and industry professionals to promote the apprenticeship program and secure work placements for apprentices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the apprenticeship program through feedback and suggestions for enhancements.
Relevant qualifications and experience in HR.
A1 and/or V1 qualification
Up-to-date knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for learning and development
Experience working with apprentices or young adults is desirable, but not essential.
