An exciting opportunity, an HR BP Change job - 23 Month FTC, within a collaborative and engaging, public sector organisation in Milton Keynes. Hybrid - 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.
Your new role
As an HR BP Change- 23 Month FTC, you will report to the Head of strategic Business Partnering & Change and have 1 direct report in to you.
Duties will include:
Implementing and embedding organisational change initiatives, re-deployment, re-organisation, changes to ways of working and redundancy. Ensuring that effective change management approaches are deployed and risks and issues are managed, and post-implementation lessons are addressed.
Ensure that all projects consider and analyse the people, ER, policy and related process impacts of the change and are supported by a robust business case for the change.
Develop and implement effective change management guidance, processes and templates that align to the organisation\'s re-structuring, re-deployment and redundancy policy.
Lead on developing an effective relationship with the Trade Unions and developing robust engagement plans, to manage the people\'s implications arising from the change.
Provide expert advice on implementing organisational change and using organisation design principals.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP, who has extensive change management experience.
You must have experience managing TUPE\'s, re-organisation, re-deployment and redundancies.
You must have experience in a unionised environment. Ideally, you will have experience in a Civil Service or Public Sector organisation.
You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
