Dayrate: £500 a day, inside IR35
Location - London, Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)

We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Analyst to support the organisation in the preparatory phase leading up to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in documenting processes, HR concerns, and system requirements to ensure the successful selection and implementation of a HRIS that meets our strategic and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to understand current HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and document system requirements for the new HRIS.
- Synthesise and document requirements for process improvements, system enhancements, and strategic HR initiatives related to the new HRIS.
- Conduct routine audits of existing HRIS data for integrity, compliance, and regulatory requirements to inform the selection of the new system.
- Develop a detailed business case that aligns project objectives with the organization's HR and overall strategic goals.
- Make recommendations based on data analysis to improve HRIS performance and ensure the new system supports all HR functions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and termination.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of their HR technology landscape, ensuring their new HRIS system supports their dynamic and growing organization effectively.
