Working for a fast growing and dynamic global investment company in SW1, you will will liaise and collaborate with HR colleagues across all locations as well as experts in Talent Management, HR IS support and Talent Acquisition. You will partner on all recruitment matters including hiring and resolution of tax and visa issues, manage a wide range of employee relations topics, managing payroll, handling of benefits management support and ad hoc review and maintenance of the HR employee handbook.
The role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years in HR with experience of UK employment law and a CIPD level 7. You will be organised with a keen eye for detail, willing to take ownership and work independently whilst being a passionate and committed member of the HR team.
The role is largely office based with a small degree of wfh flexility.
